My dog got bit or scratched by a squirrel. can he get rabies even if he is vacinated?

Im not going to say its impossible, but squirrels carrying rabies are very rare. The species of animals we worry about the most are bats, skunks, and coyotes. i am pretty sure your dog is okay but you may want to take him to the vet just in case he has a infection or something like that.
