Will a squirrel cry if you take a nut or acorn away from it?

No but I bet if one had rabies it would let you get close enough to try and then would sink its teeth into your fingers. Not all squirrels are friendly enough to put up with abuse like that. Will a squirrel cry if you take a nut or acorn away from it?
I used to tie a string on a nut and pull it away when the squirrel tried to eat it, - they never cried

Cuddly chose the wrong answer. Squirrels are NOT a vector for rabies. Nobody needs to fear squirrels for that reason. The Rich Z guy knows nothing about squirrels. Yet you choose his reply.

No because you'll never be able to catch a chipmunk or squirrel to take its nut away from it.

Also, they can't cry. Their lacriminal glands are not made for crying.

Also, even if you did manage to, they would either run away from you, or fight you.
Go find out.
No, but it will probably bite you if you get close to it.
I think it will just follow you or run away.
The WILL yell if you always feed them at a certain time (ie 7 am) and then try to sleep in.
No, they will just continue back to their work of finding more nuts.

They know they can always get more.
it wont cry but i think wud growl
No if anything they will chatter at you. It sounds like your teeth hitting together at a rapid speed.
It won't cry because it will never let you take a nut away from it. Those little buggers are fast and have sharp teeth.
maybe you'd like to give it a Mars Bar in return?
No but I bet it would bite you if it's wild
No. Animals don't cry. Animals don't have emotions like people. You may see tears in an animals eyes. But, it is not from hurt feelings.

Just how is you are gonna take food away from a squirrel?
Possibly. They might have the same reactions to things that we have, but some animals do act differently than us.
probably not....just go find another one...its a proven fact that squirrels do not remember where they buried food anyway....good luck
