Do squirrel monkeys make good pets?

no they dont. they are so cute till; the age of about two, then even hand raised ones get aggressive. i didnt believe this so i goit one, now i wish i had listerned to people. they are very social animals and need alot of attention, they get board fast and are like kids. doing info on the web i saw how they are caught in the wild and taken away from their mothers, so much stress and violence is involved, do a search on the web. you will see! please research it first. i have become a firm believer that these lovely animals should be left where they belong, in the wild. they are not people or dogs and cats.
